Groundhog= great baked with taters,onions,carrots and squash
possom= not good eats too greasy
rattlesnake= good white meat
froglegs= my favorite battered and fried
squirrel+dumplings yum yum
fried rabbit with cow sauve butter, cat head bisquits, fried taters and gravy..........
