Creamy Avocado Dip

I served this for Halloween and will make again for Christmas and New Years per
requests
Tro

1 avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
coarse salt and ground black pepper
raw vegetables or chips for dipping

• In food processor, combine avocado, sour cream, chives and lemon juice.
• Process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Process until combined.
• Garnish with chives and serve with vegetables or chips.
