That looks fantastic.
Going to pressure cooker some gizzards and put them in and save some to fry.
Might even consider some beef sweet breads too.
Sounds disgusting to some I know but it is traditional and I was raised on them.
Here it is so far.
Lots of pre made chili powder and ancho powder with extra cumin.
