So, do you weigh each box since they are all different amounts and then multiply by your price per pound?
Last year, I used a small digital scale and put a small bin on it and zeroed it out. I would then fill the bin with tomatoes, get a weight and then put in boxes. I would keep up with the weight of each bin and total it up for a total weight.

With about four times more tomato plants this year, I have to take a different approach. I found an old postal scale on Craiglist ($25) which will weigh up to 60#. I plan on weighing the box first and then filling with tomatoes and subtracting the weight of the box:
