Last year my first year passiflora "Inspiration" produced only a couple of fruits. I thought it was basically sterile. But in the second year the plant grew much larger and now I see several fruits hanging from the vine. I also learned that I can pick the fruit and eat it when the color is a green-yellow. You don't eat the skin...only the pulp.
