I use 19 inch square x 3 inch tall +/- stackable dishwasher racks that I picked up at a restaurant supply. I also have a few 1-1/2 inch vertical extensions. These are similar to milk crates except for the dimensions. I originally purchased these for picking and transporting tomatoes.
