In 2007 Wayne brought White Current which placed 9th. I grew it last year and it placed well again. Also last year I crossed this plant with Cherokee Green.

Several days ago I posted to Crosstalk on this forum and asked what folks thought that the F2 would create. Craig and Carolyn began to wonder about the origins of White Current.

Dr. Carolyn asked about the origins of my seeds and the answer is that I took some of the little white toms that Wayne leaft behind. The next question is, of course, who is Wayne and where did he get the seeds?

Does anyone remember Wayne?
