I harvested my first potatoes of this season today and if today's haul is representative of what's left to dig I should get more than 100 pounds from two 32 square foot beds. It also looks like there will be plenty of baking size spuds too. Of the 10 pounds I dug today, six were about the size of the one I'm holding.
