I am starting to realize that I have been thinking and planning too long and have built an image in my head of a perfect stand with perfect customers and a perfect me! Last night I spent some time looking at images of produce stands and it was pretty intimidating I must say. Two things it looks like you really need are huge piles of gorgeous fruits and veggies and one (two is better) friendly looking young female shopper.
