Septoria isn't fatal, but your going to need to clear away infected leaves, then copper spray every week for 3 times, then keep it up every 7-10days.
I agree with the possibility that Septoria might be one problem,based on the concentric circles lesions on two of the leaves in the first picture, but I'm not sure about the lesions on the other leaves.
