your currency exchange rate is a bit incorrect.

The price of one packet (30 seeds) of Моравское чудо in Russia is about 10 Russian Roubles = 0.3 USD. 3600 is the price in Belarusian Roubles for 30 seeds (0.1 g) = 0.38 USD
This variety is among most popular and widely distributed so it costs quite the same as in Czech Republic as I can see if we compare the same amount of seeds in a packet
