I need to round out my 2021 plan with a "last" variety. It will be grown in a container, so a moderate sized determinate variety would fit this well. Lots of choices are available, but I'm looking for good shelf life. I can usually keep tomatoes until Thanksgiving, but I'd like to keep them into December. Taste is not the primary characteristic here -- it's shelf life. These will be used for salads. Any suggestions?
