I posted here because this isn't really a tomato recipe or a gardening recipe. Doesn't matter to me where it gets moved. I kinda thought more people would see it in the conversations area. Perhaps more
cooks would see it in the other location though. I dunno...
I found a sourdough version of this no knead recipe at
http://www.breadtopia.com upper left hand side under Bread Baking Videos. I've only made it once, came out quite good, but I needed to increase the amount of starter used or the rising time to get more sour flavor.
