In addition to my homemade hot sauces, Tapatio, Cholula, Sriracha, Crystal and Tabasco chipotle flavor are always in my fridge.
I'm with you Worth -- I'll never pay that much for a "designer" hot sauce. The ones above are all cheap, very good, and easily found in almost any grocery store.
