MissS, by what date do you need to have them in the ground? I hope you post pictures on Tomatoville this spring when those 100 bulbs bloom. In my area I have to refrigerate tulip and daffodil bulbs for six to eight weeks before I plant them out in the ground. My bulbs are in the refrigerator as we speak. Daffodil bulbs are planted around Thanksgiving Day and tulip bulbs are planted around New Year's Day. They are treated as annuals here.
