Does anyone find the sauce too watery when using the vitamix?
Lately I've been chopping up my tomatoes and then putting them over a colander and mixing them around to drain off lots of the "water". I then put them in the pot on the stove and start cooking. This way, I have much less water to cook off and the sauce gets thicker quicker. I'm thinking with the entire tomato going into the vitamix, you'd end up with a lot of water to start with.
