Chinese Celery.. (Kunn Choi) Blooming and going to seed. I will collect the seed to use as a spice. I will grind some of it to use in a blend for my hubby's sausage he loves. Chinese Celery is a LOT stronger in flavor than regular celery. When picked fresh the stalks have a strong, slightly bitter taste. I tasted it out in the garden one day, and had to spit it out..lol. When cooked, it looses some of that bitterness. I like it in stir fry's..
