Rosemary just like thyme, sage, or hyssop will take awhile to establish itself so don't expect it to grow fast like a tomato. These are woody plants, with woody roots, and they have great staying power once they are big enough to grow. I wouldn't push, just patient.
Phila Gardener is right, those broad leaved ones are something else. Could well be oregano alright. Let them get bigger, they'll smell. I've tried to get scent off random seedlings of herbs in the garden and rarely clues available at that small stage. Ah, patience. No good when weeding.
