man that is awesome...not that it would have mattered...but we really do our gardening as a way of life and a way to teach the kids that you work for what you get and the reward is much healthier than a store bought fruit or veggie.....sometimes the kids get depressed in the spring when its all work and no reward but they are learning....they love grabbing those cans from the pantry and seeing last summers bounty all canned up....or getting in the freezer and getting bags of corn and green beans and peas....even though they might not like the peas, they still get a kick out of it....

nice to know this is a family event....hope to get more involved with it in the future...only wish I would have found this website 5 years ago...
