Well, Galina is for me, mostly there. I have a better tasting one but it's just not productive enough. Galina is sensitive to everything, but if you can keep it happy, it will be quite productive. Great tangy taste (best not to let overripen, it will become sweeter but also odd tasting). Doesn't split, skins are not tough, not too meaty or too seedy.
