I got the idea when sdamber/Sue posted the link to the fermenting kits.
For some reason I wasn't putting 2 and 2 together and then it dawned on me.
It took more time to find the tubing I walked by 5 times that it did to make the silly thing.
And yes it is working wonderfully and putting out a bubble about every 15 minutes.
It should start speeding up soon.
I wont get into the details but I am only about two steps away from manufacturing and collecting methane gas.
Lets just hope the carrots aren't making methane or H2s gas.
