Yes... yes,yes, yes. My MIL is legally blind. she always asks for pink tomatoes... I don't worry over whether it is pink or not... she can't tell the difference and never mentions the "taste" isn't right. So, yes... if you can't see it you can't tell what color it is. it doesn't
taste like a color.
