Also some nice looking ???? in the corner of the garden bed where carrots are growing under the row cover. Although it didn't actually produce any 'milk' I still would best guess it a Lactarius of some kind, but I could be mistaken.

I don't bother to eat Russula or Lactarius (one bitter taste was enough for me!) but they are very common and typical of early season mushrooms here.
