Okay, what are fussels? I thought maybe it was a typo at first.
We had both apricot glazed ham and baby back ribs, with mashed potatoes. Hubby is a boring meat and potatoes guy. For sides, I had a great salad loaded with goodies from the farmers' market (French Breakfast radishes, fresh salad greens, sunflower sprouts) and our garden. I also prepared some collard flower shoots (you cook them like asparagus) sauteed with garlic and wild Black Trumpet mushrooms also from the Farmers' market. So very good and you won't find that in any grocery store.
