I know this is not answering your question, but do you plan to keep the plants in that container? Do you know the names of the dwarfs? Here are some of my dwarfs ( New Big Dwarf left of the middle, Dwarf Purple Heart left of middle) last August. Those are Texas Tomato Cages, at least on the right.
I use 2 pounds Garden-Tone or Tomato-Tone in each box, and use ProMix and some Garden-Lime once a year. .
