Fresh Tomato Juice Cocktail
11 cups fresh tomatoes
3 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Cook tomatoes, celery, green pepper, bay leaves and onion for 20 minutes; put through a sieve. Add remaining ingredients. Chill.
