I guess I’ll have to set you folks straight on the Cat head biscuit.

A cat head biscuit is formed when you squeeze the dough on to the pan and it actually takes on the shape of a cat head.

Fried squirrel, gravy and biscuits with mustard greens and rutabagas are really close to heaven.
