Thanks for posting the link, Andrey.

If my in-laws were still alive, we'd be with them having kielbasa with horseradish, pierogi, and babka (my two favorites are cheese and poppy seed) for brunch, and then joining my family later in the day for the full Italian spread.

Tomorrow it'll be a late (and large!) Italian lunch with the traditional Easter ham tossed in just for good measure!
