I love it too, and the fact that it has actual hallways, haha! I'm not a fan of the open floorplans that have been so popular the past decade or so. It is big - about 1800 square feet!

Boy, you're not kidding! We rented a duplex once that had the washer and dryer in the garage and it was miserable out there year round, not to mention the fact that I think our neighbors had someone living in their garage since I could often hear snoring when I went out there. My mom's washer and dryer are in the garage, too. Just really poor design.
