Bower, this is the 3rd year I have done this. last year wasn't as good as the 1st as the weather was a real factor to getting anything in on time last year. My first market of the year we had a HIGH of 40 that day and a freeze that night. it was awful. but this is the first year I decided to make a "salsa" or herb pack.
