The only Ambrosia I've trialed is Ambrosia Gold. It's the only cherry I've trialed that tastes "like" SunGold. The taste though is weaker, like a 75% strength SG. And, as the season gets longer, the flavor gets even weaker, maybe 25% or less of SG's strength. SunGold's flavor never weakens in my garden. It's the same in July as it is in October.
