Butterhead! In fact I'm starting some to grow all winter under some lights because I miss delicious lettuce and even the speciality/organic mixed greens boxes aren't as good.

I also like the mini Romaines like the Mini Paris Cos I grew this year. One head makes a perfect meal. I think I'll be able to grow those over winter too...

Non lettuce greens I like best are Rainbow Swiss Chard and baby beet greens!



I was going to ask what the best lettuces for summer growing are...but I saw the recommendations and now I'm going to add those to the seed shopping list for next year!
