Well yeah, this is the height of summer. The sun is over the horizon for 15 hours a day. But you can't seriously claim that your plants are getting 15 hours. There's things in the way, like trees and houses. Would you claim 12 hours? (That's quite a lot, actually.)
Anyone know what the attenuation of fiberglass panels is?
