That is not even a doable choice. Taste is so subjective, some people like sweet, some like acid, some like strong tomato taste and some only like mild tomatoes. I would generally stick with something red or pink, though, unless you know they are open minded about tomatoes. Many people don' t want anything other than a medium, round, blemish free tomato like they see in the store.
