Just like the vidalia onions which are really from the start a Texas onion.
You cannot grow a Hatch chili any place but Hatch New Mexico.
This does NOT mean you cant grow a good chili.
We get truck loads of them in here in the summer at a good price.
No way will I waste my time growing them.
