Ugh! This rain every day is getting old and my plants are getting sicker with more EB showing up and no way to keep a fungicide on for more than a few hours if that. I will probably use the bleach spray today between showers. In the last few weeks we have only had one 24 hour period with out at least one shower and when the sun comes out it quickly gets into the 90s with terrible humidity even during the night and while it is raining it is staying in the mid 70s with near 100% humidity. I am so grateful for the month of good weather before this started because I had a bumper crop of beautiful tomatoes and now my compost is getting a bumper crop of split fruit thrown in it. Thankfully I am growing in raised beds which drain well or my tomatoes would be toast.
I still find some good looking fruit without bad splits but it is getting harder with this constant rain.
