Wow Karen, the fruit were enormous and really a beautiful shape. They ripened early midseason a little later than Pervaya L and Chernomor etc but certainly not late. Evenly ruffled like a parasol but deeply rounded below as well (like a... Goodyear blimp? ). Fruit weighed 1.5 lb. I didn't eat any myself, but my friends described it as decent tasting as well as fun - we were joking about making small pizzas with a single slice.
