I wouldn't get too concerned yet,since I've seen pretty much the same symptoms with several different varieties.

And my suggestion is that after transplant out,or even still in plastic cups of some kind that there can be a condition called unbalanced growth where growth of a root system grows faster than the above part of the plant,and the reverse can happen as well.

So just let them grow and I'm pretty sure that they'll wise up and grow correctly.
