Ok,my brain is not working,I want to make a organic spray to battle flea beetles,it calls for 2 parts rubbing alcohol to 5 parts water and a tablespoon of dishwashing soap.Cant figure out how much to use in a 12 oz. spray bottle.Any help for me and my brain freeze
