Yes, no matter what disease issue you have, always remove the infected leaves once you know what condition it is that you are fighting. With all of the rain that you have had it is hard to avoid these two fungal diseases. Perhaps you need to put raincoats on them.

ISPL is well balanced here. The flavor does vary from year to year. Some years have been meh and then others it was terrific. PM me at the end of the season and I will gladly send you some of my seed as well as a few others that you might like to grow.
