Preface: I'm a new and inexperienced tomato grower so possibly not the best person to ask about seed quality.
Other than buying seedlings from the local grocery store,
TomatoBob was my first purchase of tomatoes for my garden. So far I've dropped and popped about a dozen seeds from them with 100% germination rate. I have not yet harvested any tomatoes but they are growing vigorously and I expect to be plucking some black cherry tomatoes in a couple weeks.
I thought their prices were about the going rate when compared to others. They included a few packages of freebies and my order arrived promptly.
