Both of those runner beans are heirlooms. Sand Hill Preservation normally sells Insuk's Wang Kong, but they are sold out for the year. Tucomares Chocolate, to the best of my knowledge, is not offered commercially.
As Tormato hinted, those runner beans are commonly traded; I grow & maintain seed for both. Much of the Tucomares Chocolate being circulated has been crossed, sometimes heavily. I have been attempting for several years to eliminate the impurity in the seed sent to me, and believe I have restored the strain to its original all-brown seed.
