I'm late to the party but will chime in anyway:
1. Freshly made white bread (we haven't bought bread at the grocery store in years!), toasted
2. Applewood smoked bacon
3. Home made mayo (although my wife is a MW devotee)
4. Brandywine or Mortgage Lifter tomato with a little salt and (sometimes) oregano
5. Iceberg lettuce
