Paul, I do the same minus the Post Office ( mail carrier gets all my extra seedlings ) - probably 200#'s +++ given away and some for freezer and plenty to eat

Salt - with my 70 varieties and 100++ plants , do you realize how many times I have said to myself " a little salt " lately trying to sort out the winners for next yrs grow
