re: challenging wispy foliage?
I'm in 5b and we certainly have our share of summer storms, but haven't had any more problems (that I've recognized) with wispy foliage. I don't understand the issue. Are they thinner and tear more easily? The fact that they are narrow (width) and sparse doesn't seem like it would be an issue. Maybe I don't understand the "wispy" part?
