Watched everyone ohh and ahh those pretty lemon grass plants and found this.Tastes nice as a additive to salads,found in all those high class joints downtown Miami now.Our regular lemon grass shucks its seed and is distributed via wind,stabs itself into a sandy loamy type environment (sand dunes etc.)We love the edibles.I have nothing to do with the nursery,but a good source for tropical farmers here.
