Thinking I might put in two more beds and grow a few varieties
next year.

I've been making sprouted grain, seed, and nut crackers and a
bread. Last weekends batch...

The crackers are real crispy, like a cross between a wheat thin and
a triscuit. Much better without that weird packaged taste.
