Grub, we have 2 JFK's, not because of any deep fondness for the man, but because they are a really nice white rose.
A friend gave us some fresh wild rose hips yesterday. I promptly made a cup of hose hip tea. It was delicious. I had planned to add a wild rose (Dog rose) or a Rugosa to our collection just for the hips. I'll definitely do that next spring.
