Some more pepper pictures.
Chilicostle peppers. An annuum from the Oaxaca area of Mexico. I'd like to make some rellenos and maybe some enchilada sauce with these.
Fatalii peppers, a chinense from Africa. I'll be pickling these and making hot sauce.
Ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia) A chinense from Assam India. I'll use these like the Fatalii peppers.
Aji de la Tierra. A baccatum from South America. Pickling and fresh.
Congo Trinidad. A chinense from Trinidad. Fresh eating, pickling and salsa.
