I don't really feed my carrots, they just get run off from neighboring tomatoes. Radishes as long as your soil is half decent probably shouldn't get fertilizer--you'll run the risk of getting all greens and little bulbs.

As far as lettuce and spinach, they definitely like a lot of nitrogen! I use higher N organics or Miracle Gro.
